- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't...each circumstance/job is different in this industry. I am more than happy to discuss different options with potential customers though!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally, I prefer to meet in person before the project is even started. I believe it helps build the first layer of trust, and gets everyone (customer and contractor) on the same page from the start. Once the meeting has occurred, and the customer's expectations are outlined I can be flexible to just about any circumstance!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been using tools since I was five years old in just about every setting imaginable, so its fair to say I have some experience. I also have a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
