I was considering making an offer on a house that was built in 1953, definitely a fixer-upper! Since I am a 70-year-old single woman, I needed to be sure the project would be feasible for me.
Jim has impressive experience in many areas of construction, but took the time to analyze the home with my needs and skills in mind, since he had seen my previous projects.
He has helped me with various aspects of the remodel, and I would highly recommend him for his abilities, integrity, work ethic, and reasonable pricing.

Jim has remodeled and added onto my home several times. His character, knowledge and professionalism are personally beyond reproach and he is the most thorough contractor I have ever engaged. His work is as good as I have seen. I am a retired architect and have added onto or remodeled several homes in my life. The experience with Jim and his subs was the best ever. Jim and I already have an agreement that he will return when I am ready to build another 1,500 square foot addition that I have drawn up.

I have knowm Jim Hahn for many years. I have had ocassion to interface with him on a number of projects of varying nature while at the same time interfacing with his company on different levels. I can say with all conviction that Jim Hahn is:
