- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates with no minimum project size or price. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we come out and walk the space with you. That visit is free. We look at ceiling height, where the furnace and water heater sit, whether you have egress, and whether there is any moisture. Then you get a written estimate broken out line by line, and you owe nothing until you decide. If you hire us, we handle the design and pull the city permits. From there it goes framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, paint, trim, and flooring, with city inspections along the way. We finish by walking the whole job with you. Every job carries a 2 year warranty on our workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and insured residential general contractor in Colorado and I hold the ICC F13 certification for residential building contractors. The bigger part is time on the job. I have been running basement finishes and remodels start to finish around the Denver metro for over 10 years, pulling the permits, scheduling the trades, and standing there for the inspections.
