Jana created a full-color 6-panel brochure for us. We had some photo ideas and the text and a logo but weren't sure how to get the right feel for our audience. We met with Jana once and then did the rest of the process through email.
Wow, she really came through for us. We found a great designer! She was super-fast with turn-around, got the photos we wanted, and really listened well to our ideas and changes we wanted along the way. Her style really worked for us: straightforward but with some sophistication and depth, and just a nice sense of design. Considering the various changes, her fee was very reasonable.
All in all, Jana was a real pleasure to work with and we will be happy to do more with her soon. A question that Thumbtack asks that we LOVE to answer is "what went wrong" or "could be better"--we rarely are at a loss for finding some sort of nitpicky problem with just about everyone we contract with. This is one of those times. Way to go, Jana!
