We’re incredibly happy with our stair rail! Ty and Mark were great! The price was lower than other quotes and the quality was better than we expected. They were very helpful explaining all my options on styles and colors. I appreciated they took the time to do a trial install to make sure we were happy. It did take longer than expected to get the rails painted. But that was out of there control. We would definitely use them again!

The rails are absolutely stunning, a true piece of art. I hated my entryway for the past 17 years, wobbling, ugly stair rails from the 70’s. It’s the first thing anyone sees when entering my house and I have always been embarrassed. Now, it’s an area of pride and I can’t wait to show it off. Ty took my input, welcomed my suggestions and made modifications to the design. They brought my dream to reality. I describe my new rails as sleek and sexy. The pictures don’t do it justice. Thanks guys!

The door to our dumpster area blew off and within days I was able to get them to come out and weld the 500 pound door back up. Super friendly and reliable! We will use them in the future for sure!
