Had trouble with a rental car - rear hatchback door would not close. Driver Rick had the car loaded on his tow truck but opted to try something with the key fob and it worked! Saved us a lot of hassle getting another rental car. THANK YOU RICK!

Rick was amazing, courteous, smart , patient , and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every other towing company I called prior to this told me they could not tow my motorcycle due to the fork locks being locked . Kudos to Rick , you guys have a great tow truck driver here and I would give him a bonus or some extra compensation, thank you Rick
