- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $45.00 per hour for general bookkeeping and administrative services. I charge $55.00 per hour for QuickBooks Consulting and QuickBooks Set up. Out sourcing your bookkeeping needs can save costs to employers by avoiding additional costs such as employer taxes, overtime, sick or vacation time and health insurance costs that come from having an in house bookkeeper.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time to get to know my client as well as learning about their business. I have an initial call with the client to go over their bookkeeping and accounting needs and goals. I will send a client information sheet so there is an outline to allow me to meet all the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Bookkeeper. I hold certifications in Accounting, QuickBooks, Payroll and Excel. I have extensive experience with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online as well as multi currency QuickBooks.
