Don was thorough, detailed and exacting with every phase of our basementremodel. His integrity and attention to detail were very gratifying. He demonstrated a solid hands-on knowledge of framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile work, flooring and finish skills. A year back, I hired Don to finish my basement and all I can say is I am extremely happy with his work. Don listened very patiently all my requirements and made sure work was done perfectly. He also has a pleasant personality, so I was comfortable interacting with him with my concerns. I highly recommend him.

I worked with Don on a massive remodel in my basement when I purchased a new home with no bathroom; long story short, I needed a place for my 85 year old father who had severe dementia. I needed SO much work: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, a total remodel of a space. I was lucky to find Don when he responded to my desperate Craiglist request for help. He saved my dad's life and completed the project UNDER time! If you can hire Don, DO IT! You won't be disappointed.

Bathroom Remodel -I heard about them through a friend referral. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry. Extremely competitive as far as price. Scheduled the work, they showed up on time, and surprisingly finished earlier than originally planned. The quality of the work was excellent. Overall great experience , I would highly recommend them.

In our initial meeting, I meticulously measure your basement, including plumbing locations and essential utilities like the furnace and hot water heater. This detailed assessment allows me to draft a comprehensive set of plans, including a tailored floor plan, which I will send you for approval. My pricing strategy is transparent and fair, focusing solely on the area we're transforming, ensuring you get value precisely where it matters. With your approval, we align on the project's scope, allowing us to precisely calculate the materials needed—from studs to paint—and provide you with an accurate estimate. Upon agreement, we set a start date, embarking on a 2 to 3-month journey to transform your space, with timelines varying based on size and material availability.
