Our air conditioning went out on a very hot day, so we needed a repair quickly. I was expecting to maybe have to wait a considerable amount of time to get it fixed, but I was pleasantly surprised when Pete responded to my repair request in less than an hour and said he could be there that afternoon. He was very thorough and completed the repair quickly and professionally. The cost was very reasonable as well. Overall I was very pleased with the service we received.

Details: Repair • Only warm air is blowing from the vents • Unit won't turn on or off • Basement • Outside • House

I needed to swap my old thermostat with a new one”smart” amazon stat. My new stat wasn’t turning on and required a fair bit of troubleshooting (unfortunately an amazon issue), but ultimately he was able to get it to work.

I appreciate the hard work and extra time put into making the stat work.
I would definietly use him for any future projects and recommend to anyone looking for a honest opinion, and fair price.
