We could not be happier with the service and communication and value. Rise and Shine was also able to do the guttercleaning we wanted done as well. Because of weather issues we did have to cancel initially but Sam was always on top of it. Kept in communication at all times. The work was perfection. I highly recommend hiring Sam and his team. As far as the gutters, they ran hoses and cleaned up any leaves. Beautiful job on the windows. Very impressed all around. You won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, Sam!

Great job! The team was professional, and incredibly thorough. Every window, including the hard-to-reach ones, is now spotless and sparkling. They even cleaned the window screens and frames with great care. The attention to detail and efficiency were outstanding. I highly recommend.

It was a pleasure dealing with such professional people!! Sam responded immediately to my inquiry on Thumbtack, came over and gave me an estimate. He worked with us to schedule the job at our convenience, and continued to communicate with us throughout. His Foreman Jim did the cleaning, and was equally professional and friendly. Sam checked to be sure we were satisfied. The windows are sparkling clean, and he cleaned the screens and tracks. How refreshing to find such awesome people to work with! They were not the cheapest, but we were so impressed with them. We sure made the right choice! We highly recommend Rise and Shine, and will continue to use them.

Sam arrived a few minutes early. I appreciate that. Then, he cleaned all of the windows, the window returns, the screens, and the blinds. He did an excellent job, and insisted upon going out on the roof, in freezing temperatures, to clean the bedroom windows. We plan to meet again, in the Spring, to go through this process again. I look forward to his help.

Sam did a great job on the windows. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. Price was very reasonable. When he said that he could fix our screens, we were delighted. His work was so good that we will be using him periodically throughout the year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each home is unique, there is no "one size fits all" approach to pricing. Depending on the number of panes, ease of access, height and overall condition of the windows, prices can vary greatly, between $3 per pane to $9 per pane.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any call or inquiry that we get is followed up with a phone call first, then an in-person meeting to review the home/property and go over costs face to face. Once a customer agrees to have the window cleaning performed, we schedule a time/day that works for both parties. I will explain, in-depth, my process for cleaning windows and what is included in that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning residential and commercial windows for 4 years.
