I have a heartfelt passion for food. I become overjoyed when customers appreciate the food I have created.
As I started washing dishes at 14 and throughout my culinary career I have accomplished a Culinary diploma worked at fine dining restaurants, owned my own restaurant as well, and achieved to become a food service manager for a youth correctional facility. In the meantime of my career I am now raising four beautiful children. Since their arrival I have self educated myself on healthy eating habits as well as the importance of nutrition.
I am an open seeker. What ever the opportunity presents itself with I am willing to accomplish with discipline, hard work and integrity. The first thing I learned from my Mom when I started cooking was to always make everything how you would want it. Very good advice that set the foundation to a successful career. Thanks Mom.
I am able to do anything of the culinary trade. Whichever your services may be I can provide. Anything from meal planning and preparing for delivery, private parties and functions or just as simple as a private 5 star meal cooked for the family. School lunches to snacks and weeknight meals or even birthday parties and anniversary celebrations.
