Ricky was professional and considerate. I didn't need to tell him to put the booties for his shoes or turn off the lights after he gets done. He communicated everything with me and made sure I understood everything before he left.
I appreciate Tanya communicating with me with the whole process. I have only used them for plumbing and HVAC since returning to Wellington.

We had a hot water heater start to fail and needed it replaced quickly. Our setup is a bit strange but Polar Bear had David dispatched to us the next morning and he patiently went through my options and described what had likely happened. He got everything done by early afternoon without any issues at all. They added some new safety mechanisms we were missing and improved the hot water setup we had while they were at it.
I do not have a single bad thing to say, it was incredible service and we didn't lose hot water for a single day 🙌
