At Build Pro Exteriors, we provide detailed, project-specific estimates based on your materials, installation requirements, and scope of work. Your proposal clearly outlines pricing, applicable fees, and available discounts. Any additional work requires your approval before we proceed. Financing options are available for qualified customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about your project, goals, and budget, then schedule an on-site consultation to take measurements and review product options. We provide a detailed proposal explaining the scope of work and pricing. Once you’re ready to move forward, we confirm selections, order materials, handle applicable permits, and coordinate installation. We keep you informed throughout the project and finish with a walkthrough to review the completed work and answer questions about care and warranties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes holding a Class A contractor license in Michigan since 1999 and an ICC Class A contractor credential for Colorado. I also served as Director of Operations for a Denver home remodeling company, overseeing projects, crews, scheduling, and quality control. That experience guides our work at Build Pro Exteriors, from evaluating installation requirements and selecting materials to managing projects and communicating with homeowners.
