This guy rocks. Super respectful and conscientious. Personable and relatable to boot. He answered all of my questions, fixed all the issues I called him for, and set me on the right path for the future.

Most pricing is a flat rate $100 diagnostic and $100 per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the issue or project on the phone then schedule an onsite visit. Typically I will begin work at the onsite visit if parts are not required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a communications specialist in the Army holding 2 MOSs, Radio Operator/Maintainer and Signal Support Systems Specialist. I also have an AS in Computer and Network Administration and a BS in Information Technology
I have experience working for large Managed Service Providers and Internet Service Providers for the last 15years.
