- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have enjoyed cooking since I was 18. I love being able to put a smile on a face after a good meal. I knew I loved it when I spent every dollar I made that summer cooking all the recipes I found in Gourmet Magazine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do for my clients are technique classes and in home meal delivery.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise them to speak to the provider in person or on the phone. I feel that through the conversation you have with them you will get a sense of how much passion they have for what they do and what they are capable of doing. Love for what they do shows in the food they prepare.
