Al determined the problem with my chimney at the beginning, but did not realize the extent of damage it had suffered until he got into the rotten wood.. He had to rebuild the chimney from the bottom to the top. Al completed the job by caulking thoroughly and painting the new chimney and it is now better than it was when first built. He did an excellent job and easy to work with.

They came in and cleaned my fireplace and my neighbors fireplaces. They were nice guys, and polite. I'd use them again. I've recommended them to the HOA board to potentially use for a large scale project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial conversation I will establish what the customers need is. Whether you need to have your system cleaned and inspected, completely replaced, or have its look updated, we have the knowledge and skill to complete the task. We also provide many other related services, such as dryer vent cleaning, and animal removal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the NCSG/National Chimney Sweep Guild, and we are constantly studying to improve our skills, and stay up to date in our knowledge of building codes, and industry standards.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone needs to have their chimney cleaned and inspected. All of them!
