What do I do if I lose my voucher?
All you need to do is send an email to HEB@thumbtack.com and provide us with your order number, which can be found under the barcode on your H‑E‑B receipt. Thumbtack will use your order number to provide you with the code so that you can book your service.
How does it work to have Thumbtack match me with a pro?
For select categories, you’ll now have the option for Thumbtack to match you with a vetted, independent pro. All you need to do is choose the service, give us the job details, and pick a date and time.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the job will depend on the category, project size, add-ons and your location. You can see the base prices, and you’ll be able to see the final fixed price upfront before you commit.
What if I need to cancel?
As long as you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled job time, there’s no charge. We’ll charge a small fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before. This is to compensate the pro who held a spot for you and could be missing out on other jobs because of it.
What is the pro vetting process?
To participate, pros must maintain a 4.5 review rating or higher and have at least three reviews. Additionally, the account holder must take (and pass) a background check.
What’s included in my booking?
You can tell us what you’d like included in your booking, and we’ll show you how much add-ons cost. After you give us the details, we’ll provide a fixed price for the job.
