How it works.
1. Select a service.
Select a service from the categories above or type the service needed into the search bar in the top left.
2. Select a pro.
Based on the service needed and zip code, you’ll see a list of pros in your area. Select a pro by clicking "view profile."
Follow the prompts and provide your job details. Thumbtack will also ask for your preferred date and time for the work to be completed.
Note: HomeAssure Support Agents should use the clients’ contact information with prior consent to book on behalf of the client.
Please ensure your client creates a Thumbtack account or has an existing account before booking on their behalf to ensure Thumbtack's terms & services are agreed to.
Please ensure you are logged out of all Thumbtack accounts before booking on behalf of your client.
4. Hire a pro.
Complete the request flow to book your pro. Thumbtack will alert you that a pro has been booked. Your pro will communicate with you via the Thumbtack app, text, or phone to arrange the final details of your booking.
