How it works
1. Agent selects a service for the client.
Select a service from the categories above or type the service needed into the search bar in the top left.
2. Select a pro.
Based on the service needed and zip code, you’ll see a list of pros in the client's area. Select a pro by clicking "view profile."
3. Fill out the request form.
Follow the prompts and provide the job details. Thumbtack will also ask for your preferred date and time for the work to be completed.
Note: Homefront Protection Support Agents should use their approved Thumbtack login and phone number to book on behalf of the client (with client prior consent).
Please ensure your client agrees to Thumbtack’s Terms and Privacy Policy either by text, email, or verbally on a recorded line to ensure Thumbtack's terms of service are agreed to by the end user.
4. Hire a pro.
Complete the request flow to book your pro. Thumbtack will alert you that a pro has been booked. Your pro will communicate with you via the Thumbtack app, text, or phone call to arrange the final details of your booking.
Work with the pro all the way to the client's doorstep. Use Homefront Protection's in-house call center systems to schedule, reschedule, and share details about the job directly with the pro.
