Does my offer expire?
No, the offer does not expire as long as the Thumbtack and Perplexity partnership is active. However, you must request your rebate within 30 days of paying your Pro.
Do I have to claim the rebate amount all at once?
Yes. For your first rebate request, you can submit a claim for the cost of one project, up to $50.
If your project costs more than $50, you’ll receive the full $50 back.
If your project cost is less than $50, you’ll receive the entire cost of your project and forfeit the remaining amount.
The same applies for subsequent rebates with a limit of $25 instead of $50.
How do I claim my rebate?
Once you’ve completed a project and paid the pro, you’re ready to claim your rebate:
1. Submit proof of your project payment using this rebate form. 2. Make sure to have the promo code associated with your rebate handy.
3. Once your claim is approved, Thumbtack will send your rebate through its partner, Hyperwallet.
4. Follow the instructions in the email from Hyperwallet to create an account and choose how to receive your rebate.
How will I know when my rebate is approved?
It may take up to a week for a rebate to be approved. Once it’s approved you’ll receive an email from Hyperwallet.
