How to claim your rebate

Start by booking a project above. When your project is done, pay your pro and claim your rebate.
Then we'll send the cost of your project, up to the value of your promo code, to your PayPal, Venmo, bank account, or another method of your choice through our partner, Hyperwallet.

Does my offer expire?
Yes, the offer expires one year after you receive it.
Do I have to claim all of the rebate at once?
Yes. You can submit a claim for the cost of one project, up to the value of your promo code.
For example, with a promo code worth $100:
If your project costs more than $100, you’ll receive the full $100 back.
If your project cost is less than $100, you’ll receive the entire cost of your project and forfeit the remaining amount.
How do I claim my rebate?
Once you’ve completed a project and paid the pro, you’re ready to claim your rebate.
  • Submit proof of your project payment using this form.

  • Once your claim is approved, we’ll send your rebate through our partner, Hyperwallet.

  • Follow the instructions in the email from Hyperwallet to create an account and choose how to receive your rebate.

How will I know when my rebate is approved?
It may take up to a week for a rebate to be approved. Once it’s approved you’ll get an email from Hyperwallet.

Limit one redemption per promo code per user. To be eligible, customers must receive this promo code directly from a Thumbtack employee and find a pro on Thumbtack for a new project. Customer and Pro accounts must be in good standing. All incentives are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
