Thumbtack will be piloting its Tools of the Trade Mentorship Sessions to connect the next generation of workers with local service business owners for small group mentoring sessions.
In our recent Future of the Skilled Trades Report, we learned that young adults want to learn about careers in the trades, but don’t always have access to programs or mentors. To help, Thumbtack’s top pros have volunteered their time to offer free virtual mentoring sessions for young adults to learn more about starting and running your own local service business.
In early 2024, we’ll open up a limited number of 30 minute, small group sessions with Thumbtack pros from a variety of trades including HVAC, home painting, plumbing and more.
