I scheduled an appt with this company they never showed up and told me that they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me when I’m my app it says the appointment was confirmed. So I called the number and the lady was rude and said they don’t do online appointments. I explained that was not true because thumbtack allowed me to schedule online. Pretty much was told that they can’t do anything about the appointment that I had scheduled as I have water pouring out. I asked for a manager and was hung up on. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.
