- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Design & Detailed Proposal We craft a tailored design and scope of work. You receive a clear estimate and project schedule so there are no surprises. Milestone-Based Project Plan & Payments (10 – 40 – 40 – 10) Milestone Scope Payment 10 % Deposit Locks in materials, permits, and scheduling 10 % Phase 1 Start Demolition, structural prep, rough-ins 40 % Phase 2 Substantial Completion Finishes, fixtures, inspections 40 % Final Walk-Through Punch-list, final quality check, hand-off 10 % Ongoing Quality Checks At every phase we verify workmanship, safety, and code compliance, keeping you updated with photos and progress reports. Flexible Additions & Repairs If you decide to add features or discover hidden repairs, we price them transparently and fold them into the next milestone—so the schedule stays on track. Final Walk-Through & Satisfaction Guarantee Together we inspect the finished project. Only when you’re delighted do we collect the final 10 %.
