Dave was extremely helpful fixing my external water faucets (caused a leak internally) and took the time to explain it was pressure within the pipes that once adjusted the internal leak stopped. He replaced 2 shower heads and took the time to show me their functionality (both shower heads running vs setting it just to one.
While trouble shooting my garbage disposal, he pointed out a heating element under the sink and suggested the dust be vacuumed out.
I never had a garbage disposal, so he explained in great detail all the options (keeping it vs getting rid of it completely) if it couldn't be repaired but he fixed it.
Dave is professional, courteous, respectful and takes the time to explain everything without being condescending (that was a constant in my previous location).
I will be contacting him for future issues or projects that may arise with my home.
