- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are estimated and priced by the job with anticipated expenses and estimated labor. I make every effort to stay within the estimate, however with some home repairs there are things that are unable to be predicted. Prior to any additional charges I will describe the change in depth and get approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provided a free consultation where I will gather the information on the work that you are looking to have completed. From here I will put together an estimate or different options available. Once you have accepted the estimate we will schedule a date to start the project. If additional meetings are needed to discuss design features we can meet in person or communicate electronically. To start work I do require a 15% deposit, an electronic receipt is provided for all payments.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the professional to provide proof of HIC # and Insurance. This is your home that you are allowing us to work on and it should be treated with as much care as we treat our own.
