My name is Daniel Geraghty, chef and owner of Geraghty's Catering. I am a full-service caterer and personal chef. I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
Our customer service and from-scratch cooking, separates us from our competitors. We use organic, all-natural foods, and farmer's markets as much as possible. Because we cook from scratch, we are able to customize menus for catering events as well as personal chef clients.
Many of our personal chef clients have the need for specific diets that are confusing for the home cook to create. That is where we shine. I create beautiful, tasty, and healthy meals for diabetes, fibromyalgia, celiac, some forms of cancer, and for clients going through lengthy cleanses.
