We sought out photographers on thumbtack and Kim from Kindred Photography responded immediately to our request for a photographer for our wedding day. She was quick to respond and their price quote and package that was offered was exactly what we were looking for. After our initial meeting with the Kim and Ben, we know right away that we wanted them to be our photographers. They are both young, friendly, down to earth, professional and both have BFA's in Photograghy. We felt comfortable right away after our first meet. These are not just photographs, these are our memories of the best day of our lives, and they nailed it! Kim and Ben photographed our engagement back In July of last year and we felt awkward taking photos but they did such an awesome job capturing our pictures and they all came out great! Then last month they photographed our wedding day and we could not say enough positive things about them. Our pictures turned out better than we could have ever imagined!! Not only are we incredibly thrilled with the outcome, but working with such professional and fun couple made the experience that much better! Photographers are one of the most important vendors a bride and groom needs to hire, and we are so thankful we were able to work with Kim and Ben.

Kim and Ben did our engagement photos and they came out amazing! Working with Kim and Ben was extremely easy, they were very professional through the planning process. We knew we wanted to be photographed in an old quaint town and maybe in some sort of park. I thought we would have to choose one location over the other but they knew the perfect place that had a walking trail only minutes from the town. It was perfect! The day of it was extremely cold (30 degrees) but Kim and Ben took their time with lots of breaks in between where we could warm up with our jackets. I can’t wait to work with them for our wedding!

What a great time me an my fiancé had! I'm not big on leaving reviews but I'm definitely going to take time and say they made it so fun and Kim and Ben are great!!! We used them for our engagement pictures and already are deciding on using them for our wedding!!!

We build our packages based on whether you would like 1 or 2 photographers, the hours of coverage on your wedding day, if you are interested in an engagement session and if you would like an album.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have our BFA in Photography and have been photographing events and families for over 12 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both my husband and I have known photography was our passion since we were early teens. We went to Art School to pursue learning and expanding our art and after school we knew that is was only the beginning of our photographic careers.
