Dan came out to get rid of mice in the basement and first-floor apartment of my three-family building. He was extremely thorough, placing traps wherever we had found mouse droppings and sealing off holes wherever he could. (The stone foundation of the 100-year-old building apparently needs new mortar. Also, renovations over the years have left gaping, unpatchable holes in the basement ceiling.) Only time will tell whether his efforts were successful. Both he and the woman in the back office were extremely pleasant to work with. They did not push me to sign up for monthly visits, though I expect to have to call them at least once more for a follow-up treatment.

Technician put sealant around perimeter of house with one exception. On on side he noted that cracks were wide and I would need to hire someone to close those areas with cement as instrument he was using not adequate to fill ll those spots.

Had a rodent problem and they came and patched up all our holes and we caught the thing in about a week and they came to dispose of it for us. Great company! Would definitely use them again!
