I had just recently started living in my home for about almost 2 years. The roof on house was in very bad condition and needed to be replaced. I received quotes from 5 contractors and Manny was the only one, who was very detailed and helped me with my insurance (Which none of the previous contractors did not mention). I am very grateful to have found Manny. The job he did on my home was amazing. I am a very detailed person, and the house was done in the same manner. Even my other contractor, and my neighbors came by to tell me, my house was beautifully done.Manny came with his team on time. They were very professional with the work and also patient enough to answer any questions that I had (I had a bunch). This was my first home and knew nothing about the process of filing a claim for damage to my home. The insurance company gave me such a hard time, there were days that I cried. Manny helped me understand my rights as a home owner and made sure the insurance company do the right thing to fix the roof and siding damage to my home (Manny made me aware the siding had damage). It was a very long process and I am very grateful he was with me the entire time. He even caught somethings with my home that the insurance inspector missed.I wouldn't have my amazing home without his dedication to make sure that I was happy with everything that was done.

We had several roofers that came to the house and gave us a quote but Manny was the only one that told us we could submit a claim with the insurance. They helped to submit the claim and it was approved. We only had to pay the deductible and the insurance covered both structures.
