Heck Removal Services was prompt and professional but higher with their price point than I expected. He said he could not give us a price until he saw the items himself first even though I listed what they were. We had to reduce the number of items to be removed to pay what we could afford.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by what is to be removed, size, location, access, weight, reusability, recyclability. We are charged 2.7% for credit card payments so that would be added on to any job. We are new to Thumbtack but have hundreds of reviews across various sites. All reviews on this site will be from actual customers from this site!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call us to come to look at what you would like removed and we come and give a price to remove it and with notice, we can remove it at the same time or set a convenient time for you. Payment depends on the job size. Most can be paid when the job is complete. Sometimes a job will actually be less depending on the contents of the items to be removed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully insured.
