Introduction: "Not your average horse riding lessons!"
This is coaching on how to handle, read, and control horses based on how they communicate with each other- in other words, you will learn the language of the horse! We begin with safety, controlling and directing the horse on the ground, gaining confidence and a rapport with the horses. We follow the Parelli Natural Horsemanship model, and utilize their extensive online information and video tools, Savvy Club DVDs and magazines. Homework is often given in the form of some reading or to view a video online. It's fun for any age beginner or for someone with their own horse who feels there is "something missing!"
We offer one- to three-hour lessons with our horses for $35 per hour. If you have your own horse and need coaching, we will travel up to an hour from central CT to coach you at your farm for $45 per hour.
