- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates start at $90 per hour and may vary depending on the number of movers, distance, stairs, and complexity of the job. Packing materials can also be provided for an additional cost. We always explain all charges before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first ask for details about the move, including addresses, stairs, inventory, and preferred date. We then provide a clear estimate, confirm the schedule, and arrive prepared with the proper equipment and moving supplies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on training in safely lifting, protecting, packing, loading, transporting, and assembling furniture. We use proper equipment and proven techniques to prevent damage and complete each job efficiently.
