Bruce is absolutely amazing. We were both really pleased with his communication and professionalism. Before using Bruce we asked to speak with him to get a feel for things, he didn't hesitate. He even joined us at our engagement shoot for a few hours to give us a taste of his work. Not only was he a pleasure to meet in person, but he did his thing and we barely noticed he was there...then the preview he gave us totally wowed us. Then came the wedding, we haven't seen the full video yet, but I can tell you that he was everywhere capturing all the moments we couldn't see in person....we know this because our guests complimented him and told us all about it. We can't wait to see our video and would recommend Bruce to all! If we ever need a videographer again we will 100% use him. Thanks Bruce!!

Wow, wow, WOW! Just watched the first two videos from my beloved mother's memorial service and could not wait to write a glowing review. We have a family member who lives in a nursing home and neither she nor several of my mother's elderly friends, who are in their nineties, could attend, so we decided to hire Bruce Cullen of Dream Images to record the service and the reception. Communication was easy and warm from the start and remained so throughout the process. I left finding a videographer to the last minute (Thumbtack to the rescue) and I feel I got one of the best of the best despite this. Bruce was patient with my many questions. Bruce was punctual, a positive presence and unobtrusive. The resulting videos are gorgeous. The color is very rich, the framing well done and the sound quality good. It is a treat to see moments that I was not involved in and all the faces of our dear fiends and family. Amazingly, five days after the service, we already have six videos. The most common complaint on Thumbtack is videographers taking months to edit and post videos. Bruce is really Johnny-On-The Spot and receives high marks for quick delivery of his work. He really captured the day and it means the world to me that I will be able to share the service with people who because of advanced age, illness or distance, were unable to attend. Our family will treasure these videos for years to come, even generations. My recommendation of Dream Images for excellent quality, and an easy work relationship and filming process, all at a fair price could not be any higher.

If you need a videographer, you would be a fool to overlook Bruce. He is AMAZING! Bruce helped us out on a whim when we needed to shift from our anticipated wedding plans to an elopement. Withing minutes, he was in conversation with us, understand our need to shift because of COVID, and listened to our vision and what we were hoping to capture. Also, you will not even know he is there on your special day! He was very respectful of our space, time and taking in the moments we were making while still capturing them for us to see later. We will absolutely use Bruce again whenever we need a videographer again!
