We cannot say enough good things about 1-800 WATER DAMAGE! Scott, the owner, came to our rescue when we noticed a strange odor in our laundry room. He quickly identified the source and discovered mold we didnt even know was there. At first, we were frightened and overwhelmed, but Scotts calm professionalism made all the difference.He took time to explain everything clearly, walked us through the remediation process, and gave us the confidence to move forward.5 Stars! I worked with 1-800 Water Damage for a small issue and they were excellent. Scott is very easy and responsive. They don't seem to push you to do more than is required to fix the issue. 5 Stars.

These guys were terrific. They came right away, knew just what to do - worked neat and clean and were a pleasure to deal with. I hope I never have to call them again but if I do have a similar problem they would be who I would call.
