Shawn responded to my need to have my dishwasher repaired within a few hours. He came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem while explaining it to me. He had to order a part, which came within a few days. As soon as it arrived,he returned the same day and did the repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Would definitely recommend him highly.

Was Quick to answer as well as appointment availability..great communications and updates with quick troubleshooting of dryer heater element and came with part upon arrival and repaired...dryer 5 years old worthy of repair as new are $700 +.
