Fantastic experience from start to finish. Vedat was incredibly professional right from the start, diagnosing my issue over the phone so I could buy the parts ahead of time. The fix turned out to be tricky and couldn't be resolved on the first try, but he went above and beyond. He spent extra time troubleshooting, sourced a different part, and returned the following week to finish the job perfectly. To top it off, he didn't charge anything extra for the second trip. An incredibly honest and dedicated person. Thank you.

Vedat responded very quickly to our inquiry, and he was able to come by the next day. We hit a bit of a snag in the workflow, but he communicated well, ran out and got what he needed to complete the job, and got it taken care of. He replaced the shut-off to the water line for our ice maker. I would recommend him and use him again.
