They did an AMAZING job refinishing the hardwood floors throughout my entire first floor (excluding the kitchen and bathrooms which are linoleum and tile). They were prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. They finished the job quickly and at a high rate of quality. I can’t say enough great things about their work. This experience was worth every penny!!! Give them the opportunity to wow you. You will not regret it, trust me!

Luis and Leo were great to work with. They were hardworking, professional, responsive, and flexible. Ultimately, they did a great job refinishing some hardwood that really needed some love and fixing other parts of the floor and baseboard. We are really happy with the end product and have recommended them to friends.

These guys were awesome. I had was refinishing the hardwood floor in my kitchen and small hallway. We negotiated a fair price, they showed up right on time, we’re friendly and did extremely good work. Additionally, I asked them if there was anything I needed to do prior and they said “nope”. When they came, they taped off everything and covered everything so sawdust didn’t get in other rooms or over the counters in the kitchen. Great great experience, would hire them back in a heartbeat.

Luis and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable , responsible, and hardworking. They gave us advise on color selection as we were a little uneasy with all the negative articles on refinishing maple hardwood floors with any color stain than naturals. We were so pleased with the outcome of the floor refinish, that we decided to remove the second floor carpet and install hardwood floors as in the first floor. By the way we choose Jacobean stain and the results were outstanding! Beautiful. We get many complements on our floors. We would definitely hire Sampaio Floors again, and we encourage you to give them a try.
