- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is up front unless their are unexpected circumstances. Thats why communication is very important. I will always reach out and communicate if needed during the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a meet and greet. A walk through. A checklist as well is created to make sure every need is met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business major and lots of cleaning experience.
