Excellent experience ! I was a bit nervous in general before meeting but Hideka made us feel comfortable immediately ! She was extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness which was impressive. She was willing to work around our busy schedule which was super convenient . Hideka was patient, organized, and had a really positive attitude ! My partner and I️ inquired on training together . Hideka found out our strengths and weaknesses and focused a work out plan based on that which made it feel more personal and unique. Hideka made working out fun and exciting which was really awesome ! She is very motivated and conscious and really good vibes; we got a lot done and left our first workout feeling really great and extremely productive ! I’ve tried a variety of different trainers, and today I can honestly say that I’ve been wasting my money. That’s because the quality of Hideka work is truly remarkable. I listed in my project that I signed up for a triathlon and I also wanted to lose weight and gain the body I’ve always wanted. Hideka zeroed in on my goals and is helping me with strengthening all those little muscles that no one else cares about but are KEY to success!     *$50 for 40 minutes, $60 for 50 minutes and $70 for 60 minutes sessions. *My first 10-session-package includes the initial assessment and the first complimentary session. *$50 discount towards the next package.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Initial chat via text, phone or email to see if his/her needs are within my scope of service. 2. Initial meeting to observe our potential training facility and for basic movement assessment. 3. The first mini-training for "training-client chemistry" checkup. 4. Create and offer the outline of his/her training program. Upon acceptance, set up an account for my training app MyPTHub.
