Please read through. Five stars for Mike C and his crew. They did an excellent job start to finish and were able to pivot and complete the job on time even after a quote/delivery slip up.Three stars for the office side. We asked for 40 year shingles which is offered, but in a certain color that unbeknownst to us, was not made in 40 year. Mike and his crew caught this and we had to change to a different color, but this should have been caught before delivery when the call to verify the scope of work and schedule was made. We also were told that we needed plywood. Not plywood replacement, but that there wasnt plywood. I feel this definitely should have been caught in the initial inspection.Would I ultimately recommend JP Carroll? Yes I still would. I would absolutely recommend Mike and his crew and I hope that this gets back to them.

The JP Motgan Staff was Amazing Courteous and On point with appointments started on Time And completed the installation of Roof and Gutters as scheduled and the on site Manager was A Great Communicator answering any questions needed I was Completly Satisfied with their Service

Exceptional Experience Thanks to Mike Consolini & the JP Carroll CrewFrom start to finish, my roof replacement was flawless and thats 100% thanks to Mike Consolini and the entire JP Carroll team. Ive dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and I can honestly say Mike is one of the rare ones who treats your home like its his own. His professionalism, communication, and hands-on oversight made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and honestly impressive to watch.Mike walked me through every step, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and checked in constantly to make sure everything was being done right. You can tell that if Mike wasnt on this job, it would not have gone nearly as efficiently he kept everything organized, on schedule, and on point. His eye for detail and commitment to quality truly set the tone for the crew.The JP Carroll team worked fast, clean, and with real craftsmanship. The roof came out perfect, the property was spotless when they were done, and the pride they take in their work absolutely shows.If youre thinking about replacing your roof, ask for Mike. honestly mike made this whole thing easyJust got my roof done by JP Carroll and honestly if Mike Consolini wasnt the one running it I dont think it wouldve come out the way it did. From the second he showed up he was already pointing things out I never wouldve noticed and he kept checking in the whole time making sure the crew stayed on track and didnt miss anything.The guys worked fast and did a clean job but really Mike is the reason everything went smooth because every time I had a question he answered it right away and didnt leave me hanging or guessing what was going on. Communication was on point the whole day even when things got loud or hectic he still made sure I knew what step they were on and what was happening nextRoof came out great no mess left behind and the whole thing felt way less stressful than I expected because he really handled everything like it was his own house. If youre getting a roof done definitely ask for Mike to be the one running it.
