We will oversee what's happening at your venue, meet with your vendors and keep your time line on track= tactful crowd management. What's special about this offer is this includes those outside the box items you may need help with such as setting up and breaking down your ceremony chairs, picking up items and delivering them to your location (for ex. florals ordered from a supermarket or location that doesn't offer delivery) assisting with decor, running errands for the wedding party as they are getting ready...think snack or champagne runs. Forgot something back at home, yes it happens regulary, we will drive back and pick it up. Personal Assistants at your disposal on one of the biggest days of your life can mean the difference between being relaxed or being stressed. We are in this together!

Debbie was brought in late in the game to our wedding planning as Day of Coordinator-and we were so lucky to be able to work with her! She was timely, professional, and addressed all my concerns while planning my son Gage's wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything leading up to and the day of the wedding. Debbie had it handled, she it the real deal!! Highly recommend her!

Falls Creek Farm can be a challenge with lots of moving parts on a large, spread out property. First and foremost, I would like to say that I am a professional event planner and thought that we wouldnt need a coordinator for our wedding. I was so completely wrong. When we booked our venue they required us to have a day of person- and Im eternally grateful we found Debbie. I really do not think we couldve done it without her and she took so much of the stress off of us. My husband and I got married this weekend and it was the most perfect day, beyond what wed ever imagined. We dont even have the words to explain how happy we are with Debbie and the services she provided.From my husband: please write that Debbie was an 11/10 and went above and beyond every step of the way.We had spoken with a few day of coordinators and knew immediately that Debbie was the one for us. She always made herself available for calls, she had so much knowledge about our venue (which was new and still working out a few kinks) her experience and foresight helped us to prepare for scenarios we would have never expected without her.Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she was a source of calm and joy whenever I needed it. She had an answer and solution for every single thing that popped up. She executed our vision perfectly and gave us great recommendations. Our venue had multiple locations with shuttles in between and she kept everyone on time and organized. I can truly not recommend her enough, if youre on the fence about booking a coordinator- do it!!! And if youre lucky enough to book Debbie just know that shes going to do whatever it takes to make sure you have the most amazing day ever.

I wouldn't want to know how stressed I would have been at our wedding without Debbie. I would recommend everyone have a coordinator for their big day, and I definitely recommend Debbie for that job. She made sure everything went smoothly the whole night and even helped me with all of my questions in the weeks leading up to our big day!
