FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge an affordable $ 2,500 fee which is based on the nature of the work to be done. It is a one time flat fee that covers all of a client's attorney's fees for the particular representation. The fee is duly explained in a written letter of agreement which indicates exactly what services this fee covers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I truly enjoy helping people with their legal difficulties. You will receive prompt and efficient service. Our services include: advice, preparation of your court documents and representing you in court to present your case. I look forward to helping you. Initially I conduct a telephone consultation with a client free of charge. During this consultation the client describes his or her case , and can ask whatever questions he or she may have. The consultation can last for whatever length of time the client likes. We would then schedule a meeting in which I would gather whatever evidence the client may have and discuss the client's case in depth. Thereafter, the appropriate paperwork would be drafted and filed with the court to proceed with the client's case. I would represent the client in all required court appearances including trial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B A degree from Penn State University and a Juris Doctorate (law degree) from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. I also have more than 20 years of practical experience in the legal profession. My firm serves the entire State of Connecticut in all court locations.
