John did a great job bartending at our party last night. He showed up early and stayed late to ensure that everything went smoothly. He was a professional but also a lot of fun, and for our crowd that was important.

We hired Bartenders' Express for our daughter's wedding at a 200 year old barn in Wethersfield CT (the Webb barn), for approximately 95 people. We supplied the alcohol; they supplied the accoutrements, glassware, and three bartenders who did a fantastic job. Efficient, gracious, nice, fun.....terrific service. They insisted on helping me load the excess alcohol in my car for me. I'd use them again in a second!

We were able to arrange for a bartender on very short notice for a small post-concert reception. He came early and helped with cleanup afterward. Everything went smoothly.

Shawn, Jen and Tara were excellent wait staff and bartenders at our home for a cocktail reception. They were very professional at all times, helped above and beyond during the party, and cleaned up so everything was tidy by the end. Excellent help!

I hired bartenders express for an engagement party and was very happy with their service. I requested the quote on a whim and very last minute, but I was very happy with their responsiveness and price (I was on the fence about whether I needed a bartender), and so I decided to splurge! I know my event was more disorganized than the typical event and I'm grateful that Kerry was there to help set up, serve, and clean up and keep everything running smoothly. Very friendly and professional!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts with a $35.00 per hour charge for bartenders and servers, but the price goes up or down based on particular requirements of each individual client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with an email or a phone call, then after a few more of either or both, we plan a time to discuss all options and details to plan the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I meet with a friend who runs a bartending school near where I live to see what trends he is teaching his new students, and to see if any of them fit our needs as well.
