75% of the work we do is directly related to virus and/or spyware infections. The remainder is either faulty hardware such as hard drives, RAM chips, cracked LCD screens, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around. Ask questions not only about price, but about their guarantee AFTER you pay for the repair and take the computer home. We are always happy to talk to you on the phone if you have questions once you get your computer home. We never charge for the "little" things...call us anytime with questions, and if we can help you over the phone, we will.
