- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the absolute best price for the quality of service I provide. I read each request and base my pricing on the length of the event, the time of the year and the day of the week. When I can offer a discounted rate based on any of those above factors I am happy to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it is important to have the client meet me in person. They should feel comfortable with whomever they choose to be their Dj. Being able to sit down in a relaxed environment and ask questions allows them to gauge the type of person and ultimately the type of host you would be at the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 30 years of being involved with just about any type of event is invaluable.
