FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees vary by practice area. For injury cases, there are no upfront costs to the client, and our firm takes thirty three (33%) of any settlement or jury award. For criminal and probate matters, my hourly rate is $250 per hour charged against a retainer amount that varies depending on the complexity of your legal issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client experience begins with an informal conversation to determine if the client even needs legal representation. If it is determined that the client has a potential need for an attorney, our firm will schedule a FREE consultation for 30 minutes to get more detail about your legal issue, to do a more formal intake process (Q&A), and to get a feel for the attorney-client relationship. If both parties feel it is a good fit, and we are confident that we can help you with your legal issue, we will ask you to sign an agreement and talk about terms of the representation. Then our firm will begin to work tirelessly and dedicate ourselves to get you the best result you possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients come from all walks of life.
