- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set my rates by the guidelines from professional freelancers associations. And if you have a "drop-dead" deadline, you will pay a premium!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the project, but I read everything first and then come back to you in case there arequestions to clarify the scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MFA in Creative Writing in all three genres and studied editing in the certificate program at NYU.
