- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on material and square footage of your kitchen top. Prices will shift depending on color/material chosen. A stainless steel under mount sink is included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always make sure that the client has their cabinets installed already, so the template and measurements of their kitchen tops can be taken. An at home visit is scheduled where one of our professionals shows the client different samples of materials. Next comes the choosing of the material, and finally production and installation. The entire process takes from 1-2weeks after the template is taken.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Consider the following: “Are my cabinets ready and installed?” “What material am I most interested in (Quartz, Granite, Marble)?” And “What is the color I am looking for?”
