After a disastrous attempt by Amazon’s delivery/install team to assemble and install a Murphy bed, I was desperate. I mean, they spent over 4 hours and left it half completed, in an unsafe position, and a total mess. I reached out to Team Forte and stressed that it was a time crunch and I only had 2 days left to get it done. They gave me a really great estimate for the time it would take and the cost and I felt like it was absolutely fair, given how much work would have to be done to fix it. Two guys came within an hour of the call, we showed them the bed and pieces and they jumped right in. They were absolute pros, they had all the necessary equipment, tools, and even hardware (since there was damage done to the screws and bed by the Amazon guys). They worked diligently, fairly quietly, efficiently, and masterfully and got it installed. They made it look so great and it was a solid install. They took me from an acious, panicked, depressed state to excited and happy. I really can’t stress enough how great they did. They will be my first call from now on for any install and assembly work I ever need. Before pics show how badly it was done before, and the after pics…like, is that even the same bed?? I’m so impressed and happy with this service!

He did an amazing job. Even though I confirmed the day before the time we chose he called me immediately after he was unavailable at that time we rescheduled. He arrived at the agreed time was super pleasant and did a fantastic job. Worth every penny.
